Antique parasol or umbrella handle shaped in what seems to be a stylized "D"

Carved apple juice or lemon yellow bakelite handle, with dark brown stained design

Bakelite test with polish gave a slight yellow color on swab

Circa early 1900s-1920s

Carved handle measures approx. 7" long with post x 2" wide

Weighs approx. 1.2 ozs

Antique carved bakelite parasol or umbrella handle in good condition with wear from age and use. Handle only, with small cut wood section of umbrella or parasol pole attached. Light patina and wear from age and use. Light surface scuffs and scratches throughout. There are numerous interior cracks throughout the bakelite handle, but remains sturdy and intact; priced accordingly. Handsome and stylish antique carved and stained bakelite parasol or umbrella handle for collection or restoration project.
