Thought to be made by Cookson Pottery of Roseville, Ohio, circa 1950s-1960s

Incised on bottom: CP USA 1100

Mottled green pottery planter lamp

Rectangular stepped and footed pottery bowl base held the greenery

Plastic cone lamp shade has gold leaf and berry accents

Lamp is in good working condition

Lamp measures 11.5" high x 8.5" wide x 5.5" deep, and weighs 2 pounds

Condition:

Vintage mid century pottery planter tv lamp in very good condition with wear from age and use. Finish is worn off metal parts, some light surface rust on inner nut. Plastic cone shade is slightly discolored from age. There are no chips, cracks or damage to this piece. Electrical cord and plug have paint remnants, but intact and working. Light switch works but is wearing out (soft clicks rather than sharp clicks on and off). Lamp is in good working condition, but the plug has to be seated just right to work (prongs?). (The parts are wearing out.)
