Condition:
Vintage Black & Decker heavy-duty tool storage chest in good condition with wear, dings, and rust from age and use. Scratches, scrapes and surface rust throughout tool box, with heavy paint loss and surface rust on the bottom. The interior paint is in good condition with lesser wear and loss. The lid is tweaked with a slight crease diagonally across, from back to front, from improper opening at one point, which causes one of the snap closures to be loose and the other tight when closed (see pics). Chest is still sturdy and intact--no rusting through.
