• Honey brown oak finish; all desk chairs have been previously re-finished at some point by local church volunteers and in very good cosmetic shape
• Each chair has an attached half-desk writing platform, and book rack under seat
• Ink-stamped on bottom of seat: NO.200
• These charming rustic desk chairs are from a local church and were used in the catechism classroom
• Circa 1940s-1950s
• Overall, desk chair measures 23" wide x 23.25" deep x 32" high and weighs 25 pounds
• Seat measures 18" wide x 17" deep x 17" high from floor
• Writing platform arm measures 11.5" wide x 23.25" deep, tapering to back of chair

Vintage school house desk chair in very good condition with appropriate wear from age and classroom use. There are at least 4 of these larger desk chairs available. These came from a local church sale, and were used in the catechism classroom. All desk chairs are in very good to excellent condition, both cosmetically and physically, and are very suitable for display and use. Chairs are constructed of solid oak wood and cast metal hardware, and are very sturdy. All chairs have been refinished at some point by church volunteers and are in very good cosmetic condition. Finish wear, nicks, scratches, and slight separations are present in most or all chairs. Being classroom stock, these desk chairs may have writing, scratches, marks, gum stuck on the undersides, etc., but as stated, have all been re-coated with polyurethane or varnish at some point in time, and are in very good shape.
